Known for her strategic thinking, Tifany excels at translating business needs into actionable plans, which has earned her regular promotions and recognition throughout her career.
What truly sets Tifany apart is her dedication to helping others thrive. As a single mom, entrepreneur, and resilient survivor of life’s toughest challenges—from overcoming toxic relationships to navigating male-dominated industries—she understands firsthand the barriers that many face in reaching their full potential. This journey inspired her to create "Wake Up and Dream," a career development program in collaboration with the non-profit Young Lives, supporting young mothers with resources, mentorship, and skills for a brighter future.
